These terms apply to Luwall Agency, Luwall AB's own publishing tool.
Who we are
Luwall AB, a Swedish company (organisation number 559359-5993), makes and runs Luwall Agency.

What Luwall Agency is
A tool that schedules and publishes Luwall AB's own videos, images and text posts to the company's own brand accounts - today Supatimer and Luwall Studios - and reads those posts' numbers. It is not offered to anyone else: there is no sign-up, and nothing is sold.
Who may use it
Only Luwall AB, and the people it gives access to, for the company's own accounts. Nobody may connect an account that is not Luwall AB's.
The platforms' own terms
Luwall Agency publishes through each platform's own API, and follows that platform's terms and rules as well as these:
- YouTube: connecting a YouTube channel to the tool means agreeing to YouTube's Terms of Service, and Google handles the data under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Meta (Instagram, Threads, Facebook), TikTok and X: their developer terms and community guidelines apply to every post the tool publishes there.
- Bluesky and Mastodon: their terms of service and the rules of the server an account is on.
What is published
Luwall AB is responsible for everything the tool publishes. Every post is the company's own work, and is marked as promotional where a platform asks for that.
When something goes wrong
The tool is provided as it is. A platform may change its API or refuse a post, and a scheduled post can then be late or not go out. Beyond what the law requires, Luwall AB is not liable for indirect loss.

Changes
When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.
Disputes
Swedish law applies to these terms.

Ett verktyg som schemalägger och publicerar Luwall AB:s egna videor, bilder och textinlägg på bolagets egna varumärkeskonton - i dag Supatimer och Luwall Studios - och läser siffrorna på de inläggen. Det erbjuds inte till någon annan: det går inte att registrera sig, och inget säljs.
Vem som får använda det
Bara Luwall AB, och de personer bolaget ger åtkomst, för bolagets egna konton. Ingen får koppla ett konto som inte är Luwall AB:s.
Plattformarnas egna villkor
Luwall Agency publicerar genom varje plattforms eget API och följer den plattformens villkor och regler, utöver de här:
- YouTube: att koppla en YouTube-kanal till verktyget innebär att godkänna YouTubes användarvillkor, och Google hanterar uppgifterna enligt Googles integritetspolicy.
- Meta (Instagram, Threads, Facebook), TikTok och X: deras utvecklarvillkor och gemenskapsregler gäller varje inlägg verktyget publicerar där.
- Bluesky och Mastodon: deras användarvillkor och reglerna på den server ett konto ligger på.
Det som publiceras
Luwall AB ansvarar för allt verktyget publicerar. Varje inlägg är bolagets eget verk och märks som reklam där en plattform ber om det.
När något går fel
Verktyget tillhandahålls i befintligt skick. En plattform kan ändra sitt API eller neka ett inlägg, och ett schemalagt inlägg kan då bli sent eller inte gå ut. Utöver vad lagen kräver ansvarar Luwall AB inte för indirekt skada.

Vad verktyget sparar, vem som tar emot det och hur det raderas står i Luwall Agencys integritetspolicy.
