Luwall Agency is Luwall AB's own publishing tool. It publishes the company's own posts to the company's own accounts. It has no outside users: nobody outside Luwall AB can sign up to it, log in to it or connect an account to it. This page says what the tool does with the data it handles.

Who we are

Luwall AB, a Swedish company, makes and runs Luwall Agency, and is the controller of the data described here.

What the tool does

  • Publishes. It schedules and publishes videos, images and text posts that Luwall AB makes, to the company's own brand accounts - today Supatimer and Luwall Studios - on YouTube, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, TikTok, X, Bluesky and Mastodon.
  • Measures. It reads the numbers on those posts and accounts - such as views, likes, comments and followers - so we can see which posts work.
  • Runs on our own machine. It is a self-hosted copy of the open-source Postiz, on a computer Luwall AB owns and only Luwall AB uses.

What it stores

On that computer, and nowhere else:

  • The access each brand account granted: the tokens a platform returns when one of our accounts connects to the tool (and, for Bluesky, the account's app password).
  • Each connected account's profile: its ID, name, handle and profile picture, as the platform returns them.
  • Our posts: the text, the media and when each one is to be published.
  • The numbers: the counts on our own posts and accounts, as above.

The tool does not collect the personal data of the people who watch, follow, like or comment on our posts. It reads counts, not who is behind them, and it reads no messages.

How it is used

Only to publish our posts and to measure them. We do not sell the data, share it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Who receives it

  • The platform a post goes to. A post and its media are sent to the platform it is published on: Google (YouTube), Meta (Instagram, Threads, Facebook), TikTok, X, Bluesky or Mastodon (mastodon.social). Each handles them under its own privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare. Some platforms (Instagram, Threads, TikTok) fetch a post's media from a web address instead of taking an upload. For those, the media is put in a storage bucket at Cloudflare (R2) with a public address. These files are our own posts, made to be published, and hold nothing about anyone else.

Nobody else receives anything.

YouTube

Luwall Agency uses YouTube API Services to upload our videos to our YouTube channels and to read their numbers.

Luwall Agency's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long it is kept

  • A connected account's token and profile: while the account is connected.
  • Our posts: as long as we need them to publish and to look back on what we published.
  • The numbers: while the account is connected, refreshed or deleted within 30 days.

Deleting the data

  • Disconnect the account in the tool. Its token is deleted at once, the tool stops reading it, and what was read through it is deleted within 30 days.
  • Or revoke the access on the platform: in the Google security settings above for YouTube; for Instagram, Threads and Facebook in the account's settings under Apps and websites (Instagram, Threads) or Business integrations (Facebook); for TikTok under Settings and privacy > Security and permissions > Apps and services permissions; for X under Settings > Security and account access > Apps and sessions. The tool then loses its access, and we delete what it holds for that account within 30 days.
  • Or write to us at studio [at] luwall [dot] com, naming the account. We delete its data within 30 days and confirm it.

Legal basis

Our legitimate interest in publishing our own content and seeing how it does (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). The accounts are the company's own, and the only people concerned are Luwall AB's own.

On your device

Luwall Agency is not a website or an app for the public, so it stores nothing on a visitor's device. This page sets no cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, stop using it, or hand it over in a format you can take elsewhere: write to studio [at] luwall [dot] com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. If the tool starts handling a kind of data this page does not name, the page changes first.

Luwall Agency är Luwall AB:s eget publiceringsverktyg. Det publicerar bolagets egna inlägg på bolagets egna konton. Vad verktyget gör

  • Publicerar. Det schemalägger och publicerar videor, bilder och textinlägg som Luwall AB gör, på bolagets egna varumärkeskonton - i dag Supatimer och Luwall Studios - på YouTube, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, TikTok, X, Bluesky och Mastodon.
  • Mäter. Det läser siffrorna på de inläggen och kontona - till exempel visningar, gillamarkeringar, kommentarer och följare - så att vi ser vilka inlägg som fungerar.
  • Körs på vår egen dator. Det är en egen installation av öppen källkods-verktyget Postiz, på en dator som Luwall AB äger och som bara Luwall AB använder.

Vad det sparar

På den datorn, och ingen annanstans:

  • Den åtkomst varje varumärkeskonto gett: de tokens en plattform lämnar när ett av våra konton kopplas till verktyget (och, för Bluesky, kontots app-lösenord).
  • Varje kopplat kontos profil: dess id, namn, användarnamn och profilbild, som plattformen lämnar dem.
  • Våra inlägg: texten, medierna och när varje inlägg ska publiceras.
  • Siffrorna: antalen på våra egna inlägg och konton, som ovan.

Verktyget samlar inte in personuppgifter om dem som tittar på, följer, gillar eller kommenterar våra inlägg. Det läser antal, inte vilka som ligger bakom dem, och det läser inga meddelanden.

Hur det används

Bara för att publicera våra inlägg och mäta dem. Vi säljer inte uppgifterna, delar dem inte, använder dem inte för reklam och använder dem inte för att träna AI-modeller.

Vem som tar emot dem

  • Plattformen ett inlägg går till. Ett inlägg och dess medier skickas till plattformen det publiceras på: Google (YouTube), Meta (Instagram, Threads, Facebook), TikTok, X, Bluesky eller Mastodon (mastodon.social). Var och en hanterar dem enligt sin egen integritetspolicy.
  • Cloudflare. Vissa plattformar (Instagram, Threads, TikTok) hämtar ett inläggs medier från en webbadress i stället för att ta emot en uppladdning. För dem läggs medierna i en lagringsplats hos Cloudflare (R2) med en öppen adress. Filerna är våra egna inlägg, gjorda för att publiceras, och innehåller inget om någon annan.

Ingen annan får något.

YouTube

Luwall Agency använder YouTube API Services för att ladda upp våra videor till våra YouTube-kanaler och läsa deras siffror.

Luwall Agencys användning och överföring av information från Googles API:er följer Google API Services User Data Policy, inklusive kraven på begränsad användning (Limited Use).

Hur länge det sparas

  • Ett kopplat kontos token och profil: så länge kontot är kopplat.

Radera uppgifterna

  • Eller dra tillbaka åtkomsten på plattformen: i Googles säkerhetsinställningar ovan för YouTube; för Instagram, Threads och Facebook i kontots inställningar under Appar och webbplatser (Instagram, Threads) eller Företagsintegrationer (Facebook); för TikTok under Inställningar och integritet > Säkerhet och behörigheter > Behörigheter för appar och tjänster; för X under Inställningar > Säkerhet och kontoåtkomst > Appar och sessioner. Verktyget förlorar då sin åtkomst, och vi raderar det det har för kontot inom 30 dagar.
  • Eller skriv till oss på studio [at] luwall [dot] com och ange kontot. Vi raderar dess uppgifter inom 30 dagar och bekräftar det.

Rättslig grund

Vårt berättigade intresse av att publicera vårt eget innehåll och se hur det går (GDPR art. 6.1 f). Kontona är bolagets egna, och de enda personer det gäller är Luwall AB:s egna.

På din enhet

Luwall Agency är ingen webbplats eller app för allmänheten, så det sparar inget på en besökares enhet. Den här sidan sätter inga kakor.
