These terms apply when you use Hybrid Launcher, an app from Luwall Studios. Nothing in them limits the rights you have under consumer law.

Who we are

Luwall Studios is the name under which Luwall AB, a Swedish company (organisation number 559359-5993), publishes its apps.

What Hybrid Launcher is

Hybrid Launcher is a home screen app for Android, made for foldable phones: one home screen for every screen, gestures and quick tools in every app, and live wallpapers.

The open beta

Hybrid Launcher is in an open beta: it is new, it changes often, and something may not work as it should. Your home screen is kept on your phone; Settings > Back up saves a copy as a file you keep, and we suggest you make one before a big change. Tell us what goes wrong at studio [at] luwall [dot] com or on our Discord server.

The gestures and the quick tools panel

The edge gestures, the bottom band and the quick tools panel need Hybrid Launcher's accessibility service, which you turn on and off in Android's settings. They act on your phone only when you start a stroke on them. What Android does not let an app do - for example switching Wi-Fi on or off - the panel hands to Android's own settings instead.

Paying

Nothing in Hybrid Launcher can be bought today. Before anything can be, these terms will say what it is and how it is paid for.

Using our apps

You may use our apps for your own, personal use. Do not use them in a way that breaks the law, or that harms or overloads the services they get their data from. The apps, their design and their code belong to Luwall AB. Data from others belongs to them and is used under their licences.

If you buy something

Purchases are made through Google Play, and Google Play's terms apply to the payment. Google Play shows the price before you buy, and handles renewals, cancellations and refunds. Within 48 hours of a purchase you can ask Google Play for a refund directly; after that, write to us.

A subscription may start with a free trial. Google Play gives it once per Google account, to an account that has never had that subscription, and shows how long it lasts before you start it. When the trial ends, Google Play charges you, unless you have cancelled in Google Play before then.

A subscription unlocks once our server at luwall.com has confirmed the purchase with Google. If a purchase cannot be confirmed, Google Play refunds it automatically after three days.

If something you paid for does not work as we describe it, we put it right or refund you, as consumer law requires. Where you have a right of withdrawal (ångerrätt), you can use it by asking Google Play for a refund or by writing to us.

When something goes wrong

We work to keep our apps working, but we cannot promise that they always will. Beyond what the law requires, we are not liable for indirect loss, such as a missed trip. Nothing here limits our liability where the law does not allow it, for example for harm caused on purpose or through gross negligence.

Changes

We may change an app, or stop offering it. When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. A change does not apply to a subscription period you have already paid for.

Disputes

Write to us first, and we will try to solve it. Swedish law applies to these terms. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection its consumer law gives you, and you can take a dispute to a court where you live. You can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), arn.se.

Vad Hybrid Launcher är

Hybrid Launcher är en hemskärmsapp för Android, gjord för vikbara telefoner: en hemskärm för varje skärm, gester och snabbverktyg i alla appar, och levande bakgrunder.

Den öppna betan

Hybrid Launcher är i en öppen beta: den är ny, ändras ofta, och något kanske inte fungerar som det ska. Din hemskärm sparas på din telefon; Settings > Back up sparar en kopia som en fil du behåller, och vi föreslår att du gör en före en stor ändring. Berätta vad som går fel på studio [at] luwall [dot] com eller på vår Discord-server.

Gesterna och snabbverktygspanelen

Kantgesterna, bandet längst ner och snabbverktygspanelen behöver Hybrid Launchers tillgänglighetstjänst, som du slår på och av i Androids inställningar. De gör något på din telefon bara när du börjar ett drag på dem. Det Android inte låter en app göra - till exempel slå på eller av wifi - lämnar panelen till Androids egna inställningar i stället.

Betalning

Inget i Hybrid Launcher går att köpa i dag. Innan något går att köpa kommer de här villkoren att säga vad det är och hur det betalas.

Att använda våra appar

Du får använda våra appar för ditt eget, personliga bruk. Använd dem inte på ett sätt som bryter mot lagen, eller som skadar eller överbelastar de tjänster de hämtar sina data från. Apparna, deras utformning och deras kod tillhör Luwall AB. Data från andra tillhör dem och används enligt deras licenser.

Om du köper något

Köp görs via Google Play, och Google Plays villkor gäller för betalningen. Google Play visar priset innan du köper och sköter förnyelser, uppsägningar och återbetalningar. Inom 48 timmar efter ett köp kan du begära återbetalning direkt i Google Play; efter det skriver du till oss.

En prenumeration kan börja med en gratis provperiod. Google Play ger den en gång per Google-konto, till ett konto som aldrig har haft den prenumerationen, och visar hur länge den varar innan du börjar. När provperioden tar slut debiterar Google Play dig, om du inte har sagt upp prenumerationen i Google Play innan dess.

En prenumeration låses upp när vår server på luwall.com har bekräftat köpet hos Google. Kan ett köp inte bekräftas betalar Google Play automatiskt tillbaka det efter tre dagar.

Om något du har betalat för inte fungerar som vi beskriver det, rättar vi felet eller betalar tillbaka, som konsumentlagstiftningen kräver. Om du har ångerrätt kan du använda den genom att begära återbetalning i Google Play eller genom att skriva till oss.

När något går fel

Vi arbetar för att våra appar ska fungera, men vi kan inte lova att de alltid gör det. Utöver vad lagen kräver ansvarar vi inte för indirekt skada, till exempel en missad resa. Inget här begränsar vårt ansvar där lagen inte tillåter det, till exempel för skada som orsakats med avsikt eller genom grov oaktsamhet.

Ändringar

Vi kan ändra en app eller sluta erbjuda den. När villkoren ändras uppdaterar vi den här sidan och datumet överst. En ändring gäller inte en prenumerationsperiod som du redan har betalat för.

Tvister

Skriv till oss först, så försöker vi lösa det. Svensk lag gäller för villkoren. Bor du i ett annat EU-land behåller du det skydd som landets konsumentlagstiftning ger dig, och du kan ta en tvist till domstol där du bor. Du kan också vända dig till Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), arn.se.
