These terms apply when you use Avgångar, an app from Luwall Studios. Nothing in them limits the rights you have under consumer law.

Who we are

Luwall Studios is the name under which Luwall AB, a Swedish company (organisation number 559359-5993), publishes its apps.

What Avgångar is

Avgångar is an Android app that shows public-transport departures in Sweden for the stops you choose, in the app and in home-screen widgets.

The departures

The departures come from SL (AB Storstockholms Lokaltrafik) and from Trafiklab (Samtrafiken i Sverige AB), as open data under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) licence. They provide the data as it is, and the app shows it as it arrives. A departure can be late, cancelled or missing from the data, and a data service can be busy or down; the app then says so and shows the latest departures it has. For a trip that matters, also check the signs at the stop or the operator's own information.

Avgångar is not made or endorsed by SL, Samtrafiken, Trafiklab or any transport operator.

Avgångar Plus

Avgångar is free for one stop. Avgångar Plus is a monthly subscription that lets you add more stops and widgets.

  • Price: shown in Google Play before you buy. Plus renews every month until you cancel.
  • Cancelling: any time, in Google Play or from Plus in the app's settings. Plus stays active to the end of the month you have paid for.
  • When Plus ends: you keep the stops and widgets you already have. Adding more needs Plus again.
  • Price changes: we may change the price, for example when our costs, taxes or the services the app depends on change. Google Play tells you before a new price applies, and you can cancel before then.
  • If we stop offering Plus: we end your subscription so you are not charged again, and refund what you paid for time you can no longer use.

Using our apps

You may use our apps for your own, personal use. Do not use them in a way that breaks the law, or that harms or overloads the services they get their data from. The apps, their design and their code belong to Luwall AB. Data from others belongs to them and is used under their licences.

If you buy something

Purchases are made through Google Play, and Google Play's terms apply to the payment. Google Play shows the price before you buy, and handles renewals, cancellations and refunds. Within 48 hours of a purchase you can ask Google Play for a refund directly; after that, write to us.

If something you paid for does not work as we describe it, we put it right or refund you, as consumer law requires. Where you have a right of withdrawal (ångerrätt), you can use it by asking Google Play for a refund or by writing to us.

When something goes wrong

We work to keep our apps working, but we cannot promise that they always will. Beyond what the law requires, we are not liable for indirect loss, such as a missed trip. Nothing here limits our liability where the law does not allow it, for example for harm caused on purpose or through gross negligence.

Changes

We may change an app, or stop offering it. When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. A change does not apply to a subscription period you have already paid for.

Disputes

Write to us first, and we will try to solve it. Swedish law applies to these terms. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection its consumer law gives you, and you can take a dispute to a court where you live. You can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), arn.se.

Vad Avgångar är

Avgångar är en Android-app som visar avgångar i kollektivtrafiken i Sverige för de hållplatser du väljer, i appen och i widgetar på hemskärmen.

Avgångarna

Avgångarna kommer från SL (AB Storstockholms Lokaltrafik) och från Trafiklab (Samtrafiken i Sverige AB), som öppna data under en Creative Commons Erkännande-licens (CC BY). De lämnar ut data i befintligt skick, och appen visar dem som de kommer. En avgång kan vara försenad, inställd eller saknas i data, och en datatjänst kan vara upptagen eller nere; appen säger då det och visar de senaste avgångar den har. Inför en resa som är viktig, titta också på skyltarna vid hållplatsen eller i trafikbolagets egen information.

Avgångar är inte gjord av eller godkänd av SL, Samtrafiken, Trafiklab eller något trafikbolag.

Avgångar Plus

Avgångar är gratis för en hållplats. Avgångar Plus är en månadsprenumeration som låter dig lägga till fler hållplatser och widgetar.

  • Pris: visas i Google Play innan du köper. Plus förnyas varje månad tills du säger upp det.
  • Uppsägning: när du vill, i Google Play eller från Plus i appens inställningar. Plus gäller till slutet av den månad du har betalat för.
  • När Plus upphör: du behåller de hållplatser och widgetar du redan har. För att lägga till fler behövs Plus igen.
  • Prisändringar: vi kan ändra priset, till exempel när våra kostnader, skatter eller de tjänster appen bygger på ändras. Google Play meddelar dig innan ett nytt pris gäller, och du kan säga upp Plus innan dess.
  • Om vi slutar erbjuda Plus: vi avslutar din prenumeration så att du inte debiteras igen, och betalar tillbaka det du har betalat för tid som du inte längre kan använda.

Att använda våra appar

Du får använda våra appar för ditt eget, personliga bruk. Använd dem inte på ett sätt som bryter mot lagen, eller som skadar eller överbelastar de tjänster de hämtar sina data från. Apparna, deras utformning och deras kod tillhör Luwall AB. Data från andra tillhör dem och används enligt deras licenser.

Om du köper något

Köp görs via Google Play, och Google Plays villkor gäller för betalningen. Google Play visar priset innan du köper och sköter förnyelser, uppsägningar och återbetalningar. Inom 48 timmar efter ett köp kan du begära återbetalning direkt i Google Play; efter det skriver du till oss.

Om något du har betalat för inte fungerar som vi beskriver det, rättar vi felet eller betalar tillbaka, som konsumentlagstiftningen kräver. Om du har ångerrätt kan du använda den genom att begära återbetalning i Google Play eller genom att skriva till oss.

När något går fel

Vi arbetar för att våra appar ska fungera, men vi kan inte lova att de alltid gör det. Utöver vad lagen kräver ansvarar vi inte för indirekt skada, till exempel en missad resa. Inget här begränsar vårt ansvar där lagen inte tillåter det, till exempel för skada som orsakats med avsikt eller genom grov oaktsamhet.

Ändringar

Vi kan ändra en app eller sluta erbjuda den. När villkoren ändras uppdaterar vi den här sidan och datumet överst. En ändring gäller inte en prenumerationsperiod som du redan har betalat för.

Tvister

Skriv till oss först, så försöker vi lösa det. Svensk lag gäller för villkoren. Bor du i ett annat EU-land behåller du det skydd som landets konsumentlagstiftning ger dig, och du kan ta en tvist till domstol där du bor. Du kan också vända dig till Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), arn.se.
